Driving licence withdrawn? Leave the profanity: the fine is double

A hauler of Caneva (PN) 48-year-old has responded in a way far too colourful to the control of the alcoltest to which they have subjected the Police to Sacile.

The military, after having found the positive to the breathalyzer, having a bac of 1.2 g/l, while he was at the wheel of his Fiat Panda, were overwhelmed by a barrage of profanity.

The escandescenze cost the man a further fine of 102 euros, as provided by article 724 of the Penal Code which punishes those who blasphemy in public with a penalty from 51 to 309 euro.

The man was of course denounced for driving in a state of alcoholic intoxication, and punished with the withdrawal of the licence.
