Skoda Enyaq iV – Revealed the sketches of the interior

The Skoda has shown in a teaser of the interior of the Enyaq iV, the Suv of electric power that will be unveiled on 1 September. The House of bohemia will use the platform Meb of the Volkswagen group to introduce its first model native electric in 110 years of history. In the past few days had already been spread to a preview of the side, but in fact, we already know much of the car having driven a prototype on the road.

Everything is controlled by the display from the 13″. The interior design reflects the origins of the Enyaq iV seen that maintain a minimalist approach, similar to that seen on the Volkswagen ID.3 and which will be found on the next ID.4. In particular, the physical controls are reduced to the essential, and everything is managed from a central display in the style of the tablet 13-inch and the buttons that are below it are the buttons on the spokes of the steering wheel. The centre console is flat and has a small digital control for the transmission, while the instrumentation is totally digital, and combined with the head-up display with augmented reality.

Design Selections instead of the optional. For Skoda, it is a new approach to the interior, while having the House already steered toward digitization in the most recent models. The flat floor and the step is very long, have allowed us to rethink spaces; moreover, it will also revolutionised the concept typical of the various set-ups: stop at the long lists of optional, can be replaced by packages called Design Selections to choose the environment and the combination of the elements. The fabrics are 60% composed recycled elements, while the leathers were stained using an olive leaf extract.
