Now Ioniq a step further and becomes the name of a family of electric cars, with the first three models, coming in 2021, 2022 and 2024, and others that will follow.
FREEDOM IN STYLE – The Ioniq will continue to be designed and produced by the Korean manufacturer, but the intention is to make them drive themselves are not related stylistically to the other Hyundai. And in fact, for the look of the compact crossover Ioniq 5, the inspiration will come from the prototype 45 last year (see here), with smooth surfaces and corners marked to remember the prototype Pony Coupe of 1974, the work of Giorgetto Giugiaro, which was the first car to carry the Hyundai brand. In 2022, we will Ioniq 6, large sedan that will have much in common with the prototype of Prophecy revealed in march 2020, therefore, with a rounder shape and arched roof.
